• windows 7 - first thoughts

  So I've been taking Windows 7 for a spin via BootCamp, and here are some thoughts:
  
  // probably the best version of Windows since Windows 98 SP2
  
  // microsoft's finally doing stuff apple's been doing for years
  
  // love the new taskbar
  
  // it's nice, but not enough to get me to switch back
  
  // it's nice enough to KEEP more users from switching based on OS alone...
  
  // but it might be too late for MS to catch up with Apple on sex appeal
